简 历:
1986年本科毕业于南京大学信息物理系,1988年硕士研究生毕业于西安电子科技大学物理系电波传播专业,1988年作为该校唯一入选的国家公费研究生,被派往法国里摩日大学继续深造。1992年获光纤通信专业博士学位。历任军委装备发展部某研究所研究员、中心主任、总工程师,并于2009年12月当选中国工程院院士。
先后获得国家科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖1项,军队科技进步一等奖4项、二等奖2项;1997年被评为全国优秀科技工作者;1999年荣获“中国科协求是杰出青年奖”,入选“新世纪百千万人才工程”;2006年荣获“第九届中国青年科技奖”;2008年被评为“中国青年五四奖章标兵”;2010年获何梁何利基金“科学与技术进步奖”。主要论著:
