一直关注于微处理器体系结构领域的研究,工作集中于数字电路DFT技术、嵌入式存储器自修复技术,众核处理器可重构计算部件微结构设计等。发表论文20余篇,其中第一作者9篇;申请发明专利9项;参与完成了科学院、科技部等多部门的科研项目等。
